Meet the Executive Leadership Team
NXC Imaging About Us:
Chief Executive Officer
Bruce has served as CEO of NXC Imaging since 2009. He has been instrumental in establishing NXC’s vision and brand of “Never Ordinary” service to clients, employees and vendor partners. “Never Ordinary” is commonly referenced by NXC clients as the reason they trust and continue to do business with NXC – and a primary reason why NXC earns top partner recognition from its major equipment vendors year after year.
Bruce joined NXC in 1989 as a sales account executive and has worked his way up through the company from there to Vice President of Sales and General Manager before rising to his current role. He has served on the Board of Directors for nearly 20 years. Before joining NXC, he worked in sales for Picker International and DuPont.
Bruce works just as hard in the community as he does at NXC. He is one of 30 members of the Minnesota Chapter of CEOs Against Cancer, and he serves on the Board of the Allina Mercy Hospital Foundation (serving as Chairman in 2021). He served six years as a member of the Executive Leadership Team for the Minnesota Chapter of the American Heart Association, and was co-chair in 2013. He currently sits on the Board of Ambassadors for the American Cancer Society, serving as chair in 2014 and 2015. He also has led NXC’s efforts to support Minnesota troops in Afghanistan and local charities such as Feed My Starving Children, Hope Lodge, Ronald McDonald House and Toys for Tots.
Bruce holds a bachelor of science degree in chemical engineering from the University of Minnesota. In his spare time, he enjoys time with his family on the golf course or at the lake.

Prior to joining NXC, Rob served as CFO of Canterbury Park in Minnesota, Rimage Corporation and MGC Diagnostics. He also has been a consultant, and began his career in public accounting as an audit manager with Deloitte & Touche.
Rob has given generously to his community. In addition to being involved with NXC’s community initiatives, he’s been a Board member of The Arc Minnesota, a nonprofit that promotes and protects the human rights of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. He’s also mentored younger and rising professionals on business and finance subjects for many years.
