Health Care

Health benefits at NXC are our signature benefits. We offer a comprehensive medical plan with a generous Health Reimbursement Account to offset the high deductible.

BCBS provides our consumer driven health plan. BCBS offers numerous resources including, easy to use portal which seamlessly connects you to your claims, programs and rewards. Health coaching, a Get Active program, and Doctor on Demand are just a few of the many resources offered by BCBS.
Health Reimbursement Account (HRA), is a benefit, funded by NXC, that reimburses a significant portion of eligible deductible expenses.
Employer paid dental that covers preventive, diagnostic services and restorative services such as fillings, crowns, root canal and implants.

Company-Paid Benefits

NXC provides benefits plans at no cost to the employee, including:

Basic Life Insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment: Financial protection in the event of death.
Short-term Disability: Replaces a portion of your income in the event you are unable to work for up to 12 weeks.

PTO accrued based on years of service.
VTO (Volunteer time off) 16 hours per year is provided for employees to volunteer in the community.

401(k) Savings Plan

With the 401(k) Savings Plan, you can contribute a percentage of your salary on a pre-tax basis, after-tax basis, or a combination of both.

NXC is a part of the Canon Medical Systems 401(k) Plan
NXC matches 401(k) pre-tax and after-tax contributions at 50% up to 8% of your pay.
True-up feature to ensure you receive the full Company matching contribution, even if your contributions reach the IRS maximum before the end of the year.
